USA Today Touts Downtown West Chester

In an article in the November 28, 2008 edition of USA Today, Kathy Baruffi talked with Teresa Plowright of About.com's Family Vacations (travelwithkids.about.com). She highlighted the Old Fashioned Parade and described West Chester as a "hip, historic town."

Plowright also pointed out that the "downtown, which looks much as it did a century ago, offers plenty of shopping opportunities."
